September 2023

One Year Later, and Deeper in Cake!

Last September, a great new tradition was started (or re-started?) – celebrating members’ birthdays with cake on the third Monday of each month. That first month, we had Joyce and Vic posing with their piece; by October we managed to get a picture of the cake before it was cut. BTW, the cakes are created by COSTCO.

Over the months to follow, sometimes we got pictures, sometimes not. Check out the photo albums! But surely the prize goes to July, 2023 where we have EIGHT birthday buddies (and a few of us weren’t even there!) as well as the cake.

The Activities Committee has now begun to add on with guest speakers or some other worth-while event, to make Birthday Mondays even more fun. Be sure not to miss YOURS!
